- 1998:-First public performance by Abhyasa students at Lalitha Kala Thoranam, Hyderabad before an audience of 60,000 at the International Children's Film Festival of Hyderabad.

- 2001:-‘Whistance' All – India Inter – School Cultural Festival for ICSE Schools conducted at Cathedral High School, Bangalore – Abhyasa wins : I Prize in Hindi Essay Writing Competition (Ms. Rukhsana Billimoria-X) and II Prize in Rangoli (MS. Swapnika Reddy Podduturi – IX) and III Prize in Flower Arrangement (MS. Abhyasa Karanjkar – IX).
- 2002:-Abhyasa hosts All India Inter School Frank Anthony Memorial Debate Competition
- 2003:-1) Abhyasa bags the first position for best exhibit at Satyamotsav – Conducted by Satyam Group of Industries.
2) Horlicks Wizkids: Abhyasa bags First prizes in Short Play, Essay Writing, Mehndi Design, Flower Arrangement, Cartooning – Second Prize in Hair Styling, Essay Writing, Collage Making, Air- Crash, Calligraphy-Third Prize in Fusion Group Dance, Vegetable Carving, and Hair Styling in the Horlicks Kool Skool Fest 2003.
3) Abhyasa introduces the Commerce Activity to inculcate the principles of Business through experiential learning.
- 2004:- Abhyasa wins the Best School Award in the Talent Search event conducted by Nackiteta Tapovan, Hyderabad.
1) Horlikcs Wizkids: Abhyasa bags 1st prize in Short play, English Essay Writing, Regional Language Essay Writing, Calligraphy, 2nd Prize in Pot Painting, 3rd Prize in Flower Arrangement, Special Jury Award in the Indian Style Act, Best Teacher Coordinator Award.
2) Abhyasa bags the Second best Outstation team beating 114 competitors at the Hindu Young World Quiz conducted by The Hindu Newspaper Publications.
- 2006:- 1) Abhyasa initiates Annual Interschool Language, Mathematics and Science Fest to network students.
2) Horlicks Wizkids: Abhyasa stands as 1st Overall Runner-up in Horlicks Activity – Abhyasa also wins the Best Dressed School and the best Placard Displayed. - 2007:-Horlicks Wizkids: Abhyasa wins 3 prizes in Mehndi Designing, 2 in poster making, first Prize in Free Style Group Dance, 2nd in Style Act, 2 prizes in Telugu Essay Writing, 2 prizes in Dumb charades, 2 prizes in Greeting Card Making, 2 prizes in Still Photography.
- 2008:-Abhyasa bags Silver Medal at the IYMC, Lucknow and the Junior Team succeeds to get a second place for the model being presented, "Hallucinogenic Highway".
- 2009:-1) The ISC team of Abhyasa bags the second position in Quiz Competitions held by AP Regional Literary and Sports Meet.
2) Ms. Priyanka Sonane wins the 3rd place in the Declamation competition of and Master Anmol emerges the best Speaker in the AP State Regional Debate Competitions.

2) Abhyasa becomes the runners up in the Horlicks Wizkid Competition.
3) Abhyasa wins the Amity University Inter-School Debate Competition held at Amity University Campus, Hyderabad and also the Best Participant Prize.
4) Abhyasa wins the Frank Anthony Debate Competition at State level in senior section – Master Anil Kumar and Miss Vaishnavi went to the National Level at Bangalore.

2) AP Regional Literary Events: Abhyasa emerges as the winners of Quiz at ISC level, Bags Third Place in Creative Writing, Winners of Debate Competitions.
3) Horlicks Wizkids: Abhyasa wins 1st Prize in Best Cheering School, Style Act, Fancy Dress Competition, Face Painting, Calligraphy, Air Crash and Second Prize in Mentor Minute to Fame.
4) Abhyasa bags an award for sending the highest number of students to the Gandhi Peace Foundation Exam – Miss Divya P. bags all India Second Prize in the event.

2)Master D.Sai Ram and Master V.Sai Kiran have won Abhyasa wins Frank Anthony Debate Competition at State Level.
3)Abhyasa Senior Boys Team Wins 2 Silver medals & Junior Boys Team wins 2 Bronze Medals in Andhara Pradesh Regional Quiz Competition.
4) Abhyasa bags an award for sending the highest number of students to the Gandhi Peace Foundation Exam – Miss Divya P. bags all India Second Prize in the event.
