Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated on September 10th 2021
Ganesh Chaturthi has special significance in Hinduism. Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated on the Chaturthi of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapas month. The festival of worshiping and pleasing Lord Ganesh, the first of all the deities.
According to astrologers, by the grace of Lord Ganesh, happiness, peace and good fortune are attained. It is believed that worshiping lord Ganesh duly helps in resolving all the problems. Lord Ganesh is very commonly referred as ‘Vighnaharta’ which means the one who removes all obstacles. In ‘Sanaatan Dharm’ lord Ganesh is worshipped before the start of any good work. Hence Ganesh Chaturthi too has a special significance.
ASISC Juniors Category Debate Competition Conducted on 15/09/2021
Abhyasa International Residential School has hosted the ASISC Virtual Debate Competition (Association of Schools for the Indian School Certificate) for the junior’s category. The Virtual Debate competition where 18 schools have participated.
The Judges are:
1. Mr. Dinakar Kadam ( HR Consultant )
2. Dr.Sharada Chigurupati (Associate Professor Department of English osmania university Hyderabad)
3. Dr. K.G.Archana Murthy (Associate of Professor of English at DBPM College.)

- The Winners for the Motion Ist Prize is Pranathi Vemuri of Geetanjali Devashala.
- The Winners for the Motion IInd Prize is Amam Ali Khan of Hyderabad Public School.
- The Winners for the Motion IIIrd Prize is Adithi Shree Kalyanaramam of Johnson Grammer School.
- The Winners for Against the Motion Ist Prize is Jaiveer Rajiv Aiyar of Hyderabad Public school.
- The Winners for Against the Motion IInd Prize is Nusaybah Hussain of Nasar School
- The Winners for Against the Motion.IIIrd Prize is Sanjana Molaka of Johnson Grammer School.
- The competition concluded with the feedback by the judges and vote of thanks by the principal of the school.

Swachhata Pakhwada Oath taking ceremony today 04-09-2021
As part of Swachhata Pakhwada organised by the Ministry of Education Government of India. Abhyasa students across the classes have participated in the Oath taking ceremony today 04-09-2021. Cleanliness is not just concerned with the surroundings it must also be within. Students have taken the Oath, to ensure that they keep the surroundings and country clean & green at the same time by following the COVID-19 norms specially by wearing the mask all the time, sanitization and social distancing.
Diwali Celebrations at Abhyasa - 2021
Abhyasa wishes Happy Deepawali to one and all.
Diwali or Deepavali, also known as the festival of lights is an important Hindu festival which symbolizes the spiritual “victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance”.
The festival usually lasts five days and is celebrated during the Hindu lunisolar month Kartika. The Diwali festivals include Dhantrayodashi, Narak Chaturdashi (Choti Diwali), Lakshmi Puja (Diwali), Govardhan Puja, and Bhaiyya Dooj. Lakshmi Puja is considered the most significant day of all.
It is also believed that on this day, Lord Rama returned to his kingdom Ayodhya with his wife Sita, and his brother Lakshmana after serving 14 years of exile and defeating Ravana in Lanka.

96th Birthday Celebration of Bhagawan Shri Sathya Sai Baba at Abhyasa International Residential School
On 23rd of November, 2021, on the auspicious occasion of 96th Birthday Celebration of Bhagawan Shri Sathya Sai Baba ( Spiritual Leader and Guru), the Administrative and Academic Staff and the Students of Abhyasa International Residential Public School, Toopran celebrated and observed by participating in Nagar sankeertan in the early hours of dawn, followed by Chanting of hymns from the sacred Vedas, performance of devotional songs and participating in distribution of food packets to the in-house House Keeping and Security Staff of the School.
Lighting of the Lamp was done by COO Sir, the students with Love and devotion chanted Sai Gayatri followed by evening bhajan and offered Maha Mangala Aarathi. With the mission of 96 years of Supreme Love in Action of Bhagawan Shri Satya Sai Baba, we the Staff and Students and the Management Committee of Abhyasa pray together for the wellbeing and welfare of everyone in the Universe.
