Interaction with CEO

Insightful Q and A Session with Our CEO Sir

Students had an enriching opportunity to interact with our CEO sir in a thought-provoking Q and A session that sparked deep reflection and meaningful discussions.
Sir began by addressing an important question raised by a student: Why do teenagers feel loneliness? He explained how rapid industrialisation and urbanisation have changed lifestyles, often reducing emotional connections. He also introduced the three ego states that shape human behaviour:
• Parent Ego State: The controlling, protective and cautious side.
• Child Ego State: The impulsive, reactive and emotional side.
• Adult Ego State: The balanced and mature state that helps us respond thoughtfully by combining logic, empathy and stability.
Sir encouraged students to strengthen their adult ego state, helping them become more mature and thoughtful in their choices and interactions.
He also spoke about studying abroad, emphasising clarity, discipline and preparation.
Teachers, he highlighted, play a key role in building discipline, values and ethics in children, shaping them into responsible individuals.
He concluded with powerful advice on self worth and independence. Students were reminded not to seek approval from others, not to depend excessively on people and to overcome insecurities by trusting themselves.
To wrap up the session, sir also spoke about the Law of Attraction, explaining that what you believe is what you attract. It was a reminder to nurture positive thoughts, strong goals and a confident mindset.
It was an inspiring interaction that left students with meaningful lessons on personal growth, emotional balance and shaping a purposeful future.

Q&A with Our CEO – Learning Beyond Classrooms

What happens when curiosity meets wisdom? Our recent Q&A session with the CEO was truly transformative. It turned into a vibrant exchange of ideas that went far beyond academics. Students explored global issues such as Trump’s tariff plans and their impact on the world economy, while also reflecting on how India navigated these challenges with resilience. The dialogue also touched upon recent incidents in Nepal, reminding us of the importance of staying informed and thinking critically about current affairs.
The conversation emphasized timeless values: integrity as inner strength, discipline as self mastery, and leadership as the courage to walk alone with conviction and the spirit of a lion. Students were inspired to break free from mediocrity, to aim higher, push boundaries, and embrace change. A powerful reminder echoed through the session that when we change ourselves, the world around us transforms too.

The CEO also stressed the importance of sports and achievements alongside academics, reminding us that excellence in both can open doors to leading institutions and pave the way to a bright future.
As the discussion drew to a close, he left us with a reminder about the four life positions that we all pass through at different stages of life: I’m OK, You’re OK; I’m OK, You’re Not OK; I’m Not OK, You’re OK; and I’m Not OK, You’re Not OK. He even cited students as real life examples of these transitions, making the message more personal and impactful.

The session ended with a timeless message believe in yourself. With confidence and perseverance, even the biggest dreams can be achieved.

CEO’s Interaction with Students – Inspired by PM Modi’s Independence Day Message

In an insightful session, our CEO Sir engaged with students, reflecting on Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Independence Day address. The discussion highlighted how visionary leadership and national policies are shaping India’s future while guiding the younger generation towards healthier and more self-reliant lifestyles.

Sir stressed the importance of mindful eating and reducing oil consumption to improve health and minimize dependency on imports. He spoke about the struggles of farmers, the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat, and the need to support Make in India and Made in India initiatives.

He also elaborated on reforms such as the anticipated reduction in GST slabs, which will simplify taxation and enhance purchasing power, along with efforts to build self-reliance in sectors like defense, semiconductors, and mobile manufacturing. Missions like Sudarshan Chakra for missile defense and Samudra Manthan for energy independence were discussed as transformative steps for national security and sustainability.

Sir encouraged students to view startups as engines of growth, supported by government incentives, and emphasized youth employment schemes designed to empower young talent. Concluding the session, he invoked Modi’s vision of Samriddh Bharat, a prosperous and strong India ready to take its place on the global stage and inspired students to become employers rather than employees, driving innovation and creating opportunities for the future.

A Journey Inward and Beyond – CEO Sir’s Transformational Interaction with Students

In a rare and deeply impactful interaction, the students of Abhyasa were gifted an unforgettable session with our visionary CEO ,one that seamlessly blended science, philosophy, psychology, and the spirit. The session wasn’t just a talk; it was a revelation that expanded our minds and stirred something deep within our hearts.

Sir began by addressing a simple but powerful truth that too many conflicts in our lives often stem from within. “If you’re constantly having problems with someone,” he said, “you will, by paying attention closely, come to realize that the problem might actually be from your side.” These words gently nudged us to stop seeking blame outside and begin the courageous work of self-reflection and responsibility.

Drawing from cinema,he dicussed on film Run Lola Run, using it as a metaphor to explain how our decisions create ripples that shift the entire course of our lives. Just like Lola’s different choices led to drastically different outcomes, he inspired us to realize that our daily decisions ,even the smallest ones matter immensely. The results we get in life are reflections of the choices we make in every moment.

He took us deeper into the realm of mindfulness and consciousness, guiding us to understand how being present and aware is the key to unlocking clarity and emotional intelligence. Confidence, he said, is not just external bravado but is deeply tied to our psychological and spiritual awareness. As he spoke, he reminded that everything in this universe is one – a flow of energy and consciousness.

Sir gently unfolded the idea that everything in life is happening simultaneously, from our emotions to our experiences, from the movements of the universe to our inner thoughts. This brought us to an astonishing reflection on the Theory of Relativity, where he illustrated time itself through the story of twins . one who remains on Earth and the other who travels through space for 100 years. When the traveler returns, the one who stayed behind has aged, but the space voyager hasn’t. Through this, he opened our eyes to the fluid nature of time and perception, and how reality isn’t always what it seems.

And then, the conversation drifted into the mysteries of the parallel universe, a space where multiple realities exist, and where our experiences might be only one version of what could have been. He even delved into past life regression and unresolved relationships, urging us to find healing and understanding within. The idea of forgiveness was central ,a powerful act of freedom. If you let go of ego, he said, then the pain will go too.

Sir emphasized the power of determination and visualization, teaching us that success is not accidental, it is envisioned first in the mind, and then brought to life through effort. He spoke about the Law of Attraction ,the universal truth that if we constantly focus on the good, think positively, and align our emotions with those intentions, the universe begins to conspire in our favour. Our consistent thoughts shape our reality. He also quoted the Sanskrit phrase “Yad bhavam tad bhavati” translates to “As you think, so you become” or “You become what you think”. This phrase emphasizes the power of thoughts and beliefs in shaping one’s reality and actions. It suggests that one’s mindset, intentions, and beliefs play a crucial role in determining their experiences and outcomes.

“We are the designers of our lives, and also the players,” he said with gentle conviction. Each one of us is both the creator and the experiencer of our journey. The final thought he left us with was profound “if we are not connecting to our ultimate source, we may be alive, but we are as good as dead”.

This wasn’t just a session, it was an experience that made us pause, think, and truly introspect. A rare moment of awakening that invited us to reflect deeply on who we are, and who we are becoming. For in discovering the answer to the timeless question, “Who am I ?” lies the ultimate truth that everything is connected, and realisation that I and the source are one.

A Journey Within – A Thought-Provoking Interaction with Our CEO

In one of the most insightful and soul-stirring sessions, the CEO of Abhyasa International Residential School led students on a deep, reflective journey ,not just through ideas, but through their inner landscapes.
The room fell into thoughtful silence as he spoke about the “Four Stages of Life,” gently unraveling emotional truths we often carry but seldom name

I am not okay, but you are okay.
I am not okay, you are not okay.
I am okay, you are not okay.
I am okay, and you are okay.

Each stage held up a mirror to the students, helping them identify where they were on their journey, and how self-acceptance and empathy must go hand-in-hand.

From that place of emotional honesty, he moved into a profound reminder:
“We all come from one source.”
With compassionate clarity, he invited each student to re-member, that is to piece themselves back together, to become whole, to recognize that you and I are no different.
In those words, the auditorium didn’t feel like just a space of learning it became a space of awakening.

He spoke of awareness and humility, taking students through three layers of knowing:

Knowing what we know
Knowing what we don’t know
And most importantly, becoming aware of the blind spots — the things we don’t know that we don’t know.
It was here that the room grew still. Because this was not theory but truth. The blind spot wasn’t just a concept; it was a call to inner inquiry. A nudge to look beyond the surface, to see where ego hides, where assumptions live, where growth waits quietly.

In the previous session he illustrated Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, connecting it not just to psychological theory, but to personal transformation. From the base of physiological needs to the peak of self-actualization, he guided students to understand that the true summit is self-realization is to know what you truly are.

This was not just a talk it was a mirror, a meditation, a moment of inner awakening and it will echo for long in the minds and hearts of everyone who was present.

Personality of the Month

“ Path Ahead for Emerging Leaders of Tomorrow ”

A thought-provoking session by Shri K. Meghanath Chowhan, Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Hyderabad, inspired Abhyasites to dream big and stay committed to their goals.

As part of the Personality of the Month series, Shri Chowhan shared his insights on what it takes to become a successful leader in today’s world, emphasizing hard work, genuine interest, perseverance through failure, creativity, and skill-based knowledge.

Drawing parallels with the UPSC examination, he explained its three key stages: Preliminary, Mains, and Personality Test or Interview, and highlighted how consistency, self-evaluation, and result-oriented efforts can pave the way for success.

He urged students to avoid treating every subject merely as a language and instead understand the unique language of each subject, exploring the thought process, logic, and application it demands. This, he said, builds a deeper understanding and a true learning mindset.

The session encouraged students to move beyond conventional learning, focus on data-driven and analytical skills, and take small, steady steps toward their aspirations.

It was an interactive and inspiring session, leaving students motivated to walk the path of discipline, dedication, and self-belief.

Day Against Child Labour - Every child deserves a childhood.

Every child deserves a childhood.

At Abhyasa, we witnessed something truly moving on World Day Against Child Labour.

Our Grade 11 and 12 students performed a powerful skit to mark World Day Against Child Labour and it left a lasting impression on everyone in the room. The performance wasn’t just about acting; it was about telling the stories of millions of children who are denied the simple joys of childhood because they’re forced into labour.

With heartfelt dialogue and raw emotion, the students brought to life the daily struggles faced by so many kids around the world, children who should be in school, playing, dreaming… not working in harsh conditions to survive. It was a moment of silence, reflection, and awakening.

What made it truly special was that the message came from students themselves for their peers. It wasn’t just a skit; it was a reminder that we all have a role to play in standing up for those who can’t.

We’re so proud of our students for using their voice and creativity to shine a light on this important issue. They didn’t just perform, they connected, they educated, and they inspired.

Let’s keep the conversation going. Let’s raise awareness. And most importantly, let’s protect the innocence of every child.
