Abhyasa, as a part of the Overall Development of the students, has started the Scouts and Guides program where in all the students of class VI to VIII have joined. The investiture ceremony of all the students was performed on 21st February in the presence of the parents, teachers and other staff members of the school. The Chief Guest for the ceremony was Mr. Vinaayak Kalleetla, CEO and Founder Director of Abhyasa. The other dignitaries for the evening were Mrs. P.L.N. Murthy, Advisor, Mr. Srinivas Murthy, Principal and Mr. Vijay Kumar, Registrar of the School. The Chief Guest was brought to the dais by a group of 5 escorts in slow march. He was then presented the scarf by the Scout Master, Mr. Sanjeev Singh. The Guide Captain Miss. K.K.Satya presented the scarf to Mrs. Murthy. Mr. Yogen Bokil, HoD of Extra Curricular Activities felicitated the investiture ceremony by calling out the names of each and every scout and guide student to whom the Chief Guest presented the scarf. The Chief Guest then gave away the Certificates of Participation to the students who had participated in the Republic Day Parade at the Parade Grounds on 26th January. After the presentation of scarf's the Chief Guest administered the Promise of Scouts and Guides to all the newly invested students. The Chief Guest in his address to the students advised to adhere to the rules of scouts and guides and to do as much service as possible for self development and development of our country India. The program ended by all the participants and the audience singing National Anthem.
